1. Our services

• Prescription Verification — doctor-led review of digital prescriptions for pharmacy and quick-commerce platforms. Qualified doctors check authenticity, completeness, dosage, contraindications and interactions before a non-OTC order is released for dispatch.
• ChathraCare — bi-annual student health screening delivered on school campuses by our medical team (pediatrician, dentist, dermatologist, ophthalmologist and general physician), with digital health records and parent reporting.
• APEX — our open-source end-to-end encryption protocol, provided under its own open-source licence in the repository.

2. What our services are — and are not

Prescription verification is a review of the prescription document and its clinical consistency. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace the judgement of the prescribing doctor or the dispensing pharmacist. Responsibility for prescribing stays with the prescriber; responsibility for dispensing stays with the pharmacy.

ChathraCare screenings are preventive checks intended to flag potential concerns early. They are not a diagnosis. A flagged finding means we recommend seeing a treating doctor — parents and guardians remain responsible for their child's medical care.

If a child or any person needs urgent medical attention, contact local emergency services. Our services are not an emergency channel.

3. Using this website

• Do not upload another person's prescription or health information without their authority.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or our systems.
• Content on this site — text, images, video and branding — belongs to Tarqen Solutions or its licensors and may not be reused without permission, except for the APEX code under its open-source licence.

4. Business customers

Platforms, pharmacies and schools engage us under a written service agreement covering scope, turnaround, data protection and fees. Those agreements — including any data processing terms — take precedence over these website terms.

5. Accuracy and availability

Our doctors exercise professional care in every review and screening, but no review process can guarantee that every error on a prescription or every health condition will be detected. Verification outcomes reflect the information visible on the documents and records provided to us. We may suspend or modify the website or services for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarqen Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability under a business service agreement is governed by that agreement.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data — including prescription data and children's health records — is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
